Snap-D Australia provides the following warranty in relation to any Snap-D product (and any accessory supplied with it) purchased in Australia from Authorised Retailers or directly from Snap-D Australia.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
The warranty period commences from the date of purchase of the product.
1. This Warranty
The benefits provided to the consumer in this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law).
This warranty:
• Covers the product against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Covers the replacement of parts, repair labour, or a refund of the price of the product for the duration of the warranty period.
This warranty is only applicable to purchases from Authorised Retailers or directly from Snap-D Australia.
It is not valid for products purchased on Amazon, eBay, or other non-authorised websites.
2. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
3. This Warranty Will Not Apply If:
• The fault is caused by repairs attempted by a service provider other than Snap-D Australia.
• The damage is due to normal wear and tear. (Note: Springs and roll pins should be regularly inspected).
• The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
• The product is used in an abnormal manner (abused, misused, or impacted).
• Damage is caused by sand, water, or rust corrosion resulting from a lack of maintenance.
• The product has been modified or tampered with.
4. Limitation of Warranty
A product presented for repair may be replaced by a new or refurbished product at the discretion of Snap-D Australia. The consumer is responsible for freight and insurance costs if the product must be returned for inspection.
