Snap-D Australia: Refund Policy

At Snap-D Australia, we stand behind the quality and innovation of our towing equipment. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

      You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

      Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

      If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sales@snapd.au.

      Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

      We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are verified as defective or incorrect.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded unless they are defective under the Australian Consumer Law.

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

      You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size (e.g., swapping a Bow Shackle for a D Shackle), please follow the Change of Mind process by returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

      Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please email sales@snapd.au with your order details and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.
